Maxle® Trailered Axle Features

The Maxle® Trailered Axle suspension system adds up to 12,000 lbs. payload per trip for increased revenue. The hydraulic cylinders engage, creating a rigid truck frame extension. Each system comes ready to install and pre-wired for truck lighting hookups, which can raise and lower using the same PTO as the truck body. Steer axle provides better maneuverability, stability, and reduced tire wear. The Maxle® is designed so loading or dumping not affected when in the stowed position. There are dump body, crane truck, and cement mixer applications. 

THE SYSTEM ALSO INCLUDES:

• Modular unitized construction for reduced installation time and cost
• 2,100 psi pre-charged accumulator
• Additional air tank, lines, cylinder, valve, and control
• Trailer lights, fenders, and mud-flaps
• Hydraulic cylinders, solenoids, and valve block
