JOB DESCRIPTION
Position
Summary
The Segment Marketing Manager will be responsible for
developing and executing strategic marketing plans for key customer segments.
This role will focus on driving growth, increasing brand awareness, and
supporting sales initiatives by aligning marketing efforts with the unique
needs of each segment. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong
project management skills and a deep understanding of B2B marketing.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and implement segment-specific marketing strategies that align with overall business goals.
· Collaborate with product management, sales, and customer service teams to understand segment needs and opportunities.
· Lead go-to-market planning for new products and services within assigned segments.
· Create targeted messaging, content, and campaigns to engage customers and prospects.
· Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to execute campaigns effectively.
· Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive activity to inform strategy.
· Track and report on campaign performance, adjusting tactics as needed to optimize results.
· Ensure all marketing materials and campaigns are aligned with Dexter’s brand standards and voice.
Minimum Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s
degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
7-10
years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in manufacturing or
industrial sectors.
Proven
experience in segment marketing, campaign development, and
cross-functional collaboration.
