Counter Service Representative

The Counter Service Representative serves as a front-line customer service liaison and is responsible for delivering excellent service to walk-in customers. This role combines customer engagement, technical support, and warehouse coordination to ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders and inquiries.
- Greet and assist walk-in customers with product selection.
- Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers.
- Pick items from the warehouse to fulfill customer orders.
- Process customer orders from entry to invoicing.
- Accept and process payments.
- Answer incoming calls and route or process orders accordingly.
- Pick, pack, and manage Will Call orders.
- Maintain showroom inventory and ensure alignment with customer needs.
- Keep the showroom clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Support showroom merchandising and displays.
- Perform additional duties or projects as assigned by management.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 1 year in retail sales or a similar customer-facing role.
- Experience with computerized record-keeping and purchase orders.
- Strong customer service skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Proficient with computers and business systems.
- Reliable and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willing to work overtime and weekends as needed.
