housing markets has an opportunity for Receiving Clerk/Data Entry at our
manufacturing facility located in Albion, IN.

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Receiving Clerk’s responsibilities
include entering data in our databases and maintaining accurate records of
valuable company information. Our ideal candidate has essential data entry
skills with an eye for detail.
More
specifically, this position will be responsible for activities including but
not limited to the following:
Inserting
customer and account data by inputting text based and numerical
information from source documents within a timely manner
Reviewing
data for deficiencies or errors and correcting any incompatibilities
Generating
reports and storing completed work in designated locations
Scanning
documents and printing files, when needed
Minimum Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
Valid driver’s license required in
order to travel between buildings on Albion campus
Strong written, verbal, and
interpersonal communication skills
Organization skills, with an
ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
Proven time management skills with
ability to work overtime as needed to meet deadlines
Observes safety procedures
Maintains good work ethic and
attendance
EDUCATION:
High school diploma or equivalency preferred, but not required
