Matt Powell, President, joined Dexter in 2025, bringing extensive leadership experience from global manufacturers, high-growth private companies, the U.S. Army, and entrepreneurial ventures. As President of Dexter, Matt is responsible for shaping the company’s vision, driving strategy, and ensuring execution across all business segments. He is committed to building on the company’s legacy of quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction while positioning the organization for continued success in the trailer and towable equipment industry. Matt is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and Harvard Business School.
