Kim Riedel is a global business leader with extensive experience leading complex manufacturing businesses. She has held full P&L responsibility for diversified product portfolios, with accountability for strategy, commercial performance, operations, engineering, and growth. Throughout her career, she has driven business transformation, expanded profitability, and created long-term value through strategic leadership and operational excellence. Kim holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Science in Industrial & Systems Engineering from The Ohio State University, and a Master of Science in Management from Purdue University.
