Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Front-end Development:
o Develop and maintain responsive, user-friendly web interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
o Collaborate with designers to implement UI/UX enhancements and ensure consistency across platforms.
· Content Gathering:
o Curate and gather multimedia content including images, videos, and written materials for digital platforms.
o Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines, messaging strategies, and audience preferences.
o Collaborate with merchandisers to identify content enhancements and ensure consistency with marketing materials.
· CMS Content Management:
o Manage content within CMS platforms, including uploading, editing, and organizing multimedia assets.
o Optimize content for SEO and user engagement, leveraging metadata and keyword strategies.
· Content Creation:
o Utilize photography skills to capture high-quality images for digital campaigns, websites, and social media.
o Assist in the creation of written content such as blog posts, articles, and product descriptions as needed.
· Cross-functional Collaboration:
o Collaborate with marketing, design, and agency development teams to execute digital projects and campaigns.
o Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address feedback.
Minimum Qualifications
· 2 years’ Experience in Digital Media, Marketing, Computer Science, or related fields.
· Bachelor’s degree preferred or Associate degree required.
· Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular).
· Understanding of content management systems (Optimizely) and digital asset management (AEM).
· Demonstrated photography skills with experience using professional-grade equipment and editing software.
· Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
· Previous experience in a call center position is a plus, showcasing customer service and problem-solving abilities.
