Position Summary
Interacts with customers with a courteous, proficient, and resourceful manner. Provides Dexter Marine product support to Dexter Marine customers and final consumers. Upholds the positive image, brand, and reputation of the organization.
Main duties and Responsibilities
- Input and check customer (order entry) orders using TCM 9.9 software system.
- Provides technical assistance to customers in identifying parts for replacement purposes.
- Provides customer support regarding part numbers, pricing orders, etc.
- Enter customer complaints regarding sold product and verify if it should be entered into our Salesforce Database.
- Initiates customer returns and follow the return through our internal process.
- File customer order acknowledgments and invoices.
- Print customer orders from e-mail and send reply to customers of receipt of their order with acknowledgement documentation.
- Process orders to shipping department and review shipped orders for closure.
- Performs other tasks or duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION
2 years customer service experience required. Experience in manufacturing and/or automotive industry preferred.
