This is a remote role.

The Integration Manager will report to the VP of Business Improvement and Integration. The role will focus on US projects and activities. This role will be responsible for integrating acquired companies into Dexter Axle’s processes and systems and be a key liaison between US Functional Leads.
The Manager will be responsible for delivering synergy savings and executing projects as laid out in the investment thesis and as needed for progress within the Dexter business.
More specifically, this position will be responsible for activities including but not limited to the following:
Integration – Tactical and Strategic
- Ensure all sites are integrated and meeting Dexter standards for key processes (Finance, HSE, IT, HR, etc.) via preparation and weekly leadership update meetings.
- Ensure customer impact is minimized and is a key consideration in all decisions.
- Develop and execute on $500K of high value synergy projects such as consolidating locations and optimizing transportation.
- Ensure staffing, warehouse space, and facilities are appropriate for any upcoming changes.
- Align with overall strategy of Dexter.
- Provide regular and timely updates on status of all integration activities and projects. Call out risks, opportunities, and areas where additional support is needed.
Procurement/Inventory Control
- Support Procurement team to ensure synergy materials savings targets are exceeded.
- Support gathering of data and execution of identified savings.
- Support appropriate stocking levels.
- Minimize inventory and dead stock.
- Support $500K+ material savings.
Support Enabling Processes and Projects
- Work with each functional and project leader to understand opportunities, risks, and special situations.
- Conversion of sites to new ERP (D365)
- Support SKU Harmonization/Rationalization and catalog.
- Pay special attention and support online ordering conversions to Dexter Index.
- Warehouse and Logistics cost improvements
- Provide visibility to staffing and talent issues.
Facilities Management and Support
- Provide support, manage or proper delegation of facility issues identified in due diligence or by site leader as required.
Leadership and Communication
- Provide accurate and concise reporting to senior leadership.
- Establish credibility and lead teams to ensure full vetting of issues, risks, and opportunities.
Minimum Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering, Finance, Supply Chain or other applicable degree required.
- 5+ years of Project Management, FP&A and/or operations leadership experience in a multi-site manufacturing or distribution business with revenue >$100MM
- A combination of education and experience may also be considered.
- Facilities management experience a plus
- Excellent planning and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel (ability to create pivot tables) or Smartsheet and have had exposure to or used Project Management software.
- Involvement in M&A and ERP implementation activities a plus
- Ability to work in a fast paced, results oriented environment and lead cross functional teams.
- This position will consist of 20-30% travel.
